“The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan will submit its proposals on draft law on “Higher Education” to the Committee on Science and Education of the Parliament of Azerbaijan (Milli Majlis) until October 1”, Chairman of the Parliament’s Committee on Science and Education Isa Habibbayli said in the Committee’s meeting, ONA reports.
I. Habibbayli noted that the draft law consisting of 30 pages has been prepared by the Committee on “Higher education”: “Draft laws of the Committee and the Ministry of Education will be combined. I hope we will discuss law draft on “Higher Education” in the Committee in the first ten days of October.”
