An interim report prepared by well-known international experts on ” Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, targeting of civilians in Azerbaijan, September-November 2020, dedicated to the war crimes committed during the 44-day Karabakh war, was presented to the public.
Interim Report divides into three parts. The report examines the deliberate attacks that resulted in the death of 100 Azerbaijani civilians in various Azerbaijani cities. The Report is an outcome of the great efforts of the 9 Bedford Row Team, the BM Morrison Partners Team, and the Azerbaijani Bar Association for the last 8 months.
